On Aug.5th, 2019, Mitian Precision Group planned to develop markets in the middle and south of China and made an investment to build Ji’an Mitian Technology Co., Ltd in Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province. Meanwhile, an industrial park covering a construction area of 148000㎡ had also been established. In this park, there is one R&D building, 5 adjacent workshop buildings, 1 dormitory building for leaders, 2 dormitory buildings for workers which can totally contain more than 3000 members. It is planned the new workshop construction will be launched by the end of 2020. 

While maintaining its businesses relationships with its customers already available in Yantai Mitian, Ji’an Mitian will further expand its services to meet demands of its customers in both the middle and south of China. It also aims to develop more new customers such as Midea, Huawei, TCL, Skyworth, Seewo and CRRC and so on, and will provide customized services to them in fields of electrical household appliances, televisions, educational and commercial display screens as well as exterior decorative parts of high-speed trains.

The main products Ji’an Mitian manufactures and produces include precision molds, precision structured aluminum parts, punched parts and injection molded parts. It has equipped a one-stop line which can provide services such as mold manufacture and production, surface treatment and module assembly of various parts. With the establishment of the precision mold workshops, a series of high-end precision equipment will be invested. Meanwhile, enough outstanding members who are professional in mold design and manufacture will also be introduced to develop and manufacture various types of molds. While meeting their own needs, they can also provide services to factories in Ji’an City. Concerning surface treatment, Ji’an Group is determined to develop itself to be No.1 in the filed of manufacturing aluminum frames of digital display screens. 

Regarding equipment, Mitian will introduce the most advanced and finest equipment. It is planned that the industrial network system and the intelligent automation devices will both be introduced to improve production efficiency and product quality so as to finally meet customers’ diverse requirements.
