With 7 million dollars as the registered capital, the company was founded by a Korean company which is Yucheng Telecommunication Co., Ltd and specializes in the production of electric components of mobile telecommunications as well as the manufacture and sales of the products and molds. It mainly provides customized services to LG Group and some famous ODM manufacturers of mobile phone components. It was acquired by Yantai Mitian Electronics Technology Co., Ltd in March, 2019 and therefore became a Sino-Korean joint venture.
