Founded in March, 2012, Yantai Tino Moulding Co., Ltd was located in Muping District of Yantai. It is an overall enterprise which manufactures and produces automobile components and IT products. Its main business covers product research and development, mold design and manufacture, laser cutting, precision welding, cleaning, electrophoresis, static powder spraying, static liquid spraying, sewage treatment and assembly etc..
Tino’s workshops cover an area of 13000㎡ while it totally has 160 employees. Among those employees, there are 25 technicians with college or higher education which accounts for 16% of the total number. Among those 25 technicians, there are 16 R&D members which accounts for 10% of the total number. Besides, ERP management system has been applied to matters related to finance, sales and warehouse storage etc.. In order to meet ISO9001 standards, an overall revolution and transformation had been implemented to production, quality, resources, environment and education etc. The stringent quality requirement assured the excellence of the products and therefore has won a good reputation for the company.
